摘　　要：精神分裂症是最致残和最占用医疗资源的疾病之一,很多患者需要终身进行治疗。长期以来,人们对于抗精神病 药物联合治疗的合理性始终存有争议,几乎国内外所有临床治疗指南均推荐单一用药。然而在临床实践中,临床医师 往往由于单药不能很好地控制精神症状而使用药物联合治疗。随着联合用药的使用频率越来越高,多种抗精神病药物 联合治疗的有效性和安全性也越来越受到关注,联用多种抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症成为了一个值得探讨的问题。本文综述国内外抗精神病药物联合用药的现状、抗精神病药联合使用的有效性及安全性,以供临床参考用药。Schizophrenia is one of the most disabling and occupying medical resources.Many patients need lifelong treatment.For a long time,the reasonableness of the combination of anti psychotic drugs has always been controversial,and a single drug is recommended in almost all clinical treatment guidelines at home and abroad.However,in clinical practice,clinicians often use drug combination therapy because they can not control mental symptoms well.With the increasing use of combined drugs,more and more attention has been paid to the effectiveness and safety of the combination of various antipsychotic drugs.The treatment of schizophrenia with a variety of antipsychotic drugs has become a problem worthy of discussion.This article reviews the current situation of combination of antipsychotic drugs at home and abroad,the effectiveness and safety of combined use of antipsychotic drugs,so as to provide reference for clinical medication.
