摘  要:目的建立沙门菌监测的多位点可变数量串联重复序列分析(MLVA)分子分型数据库,提高沙门菌的检测和防控能力。方法筛选针对沈阳本地食源性致病菌具有高度多态性的VNTR位点,选择STTR7、STTR3、SE6、2628542、3629542、SE10共6个VNTR位点进行MLVA分型。结果 917份样品检出沙门菌11株,检出率为1. 2%。11株沙门菌共分成A和B两大聚类,分别占比36. 4%和63. 6%,A聚类可分为1个亚聚类,B聚类又可细分为3个亚聚类。表明沈阳地区流行的沙门菌是多克隆的,大部分菌株属于一个亲缘关系很近的克隆系。结论沈阳地区沙门菌MLVA分型呈较好的多态性。Objective To establish a multiple locus variable numbers of tandem repeats analysis( MLVA) molecular typing database for Salmonella surveillance to improve the ability to detect and control salmonella. Methods The VNTR locus with high polymorphism in the local foodborne pathogens in Shenyang was screened,and STTR7,STTR3,SE6,2628542,3629542,SE10 and 6 VNTR loci were selected for MLVA typing. Results Eleven Salmonella strains were detected in 917 samples with the detection rate of 1. 2%. 11 Salmonella strains were divided into A and B clusters,which accounted for 36. 4% and 63. 6%respectively. A cluster can be divided into 1 subcluster and B clusters can be subdivided into 3 subclusters. The results showed that salmonella was poly cloned in Shenyang area,and most of the strains belong to a closely related clone system. Conclusion MLVA classification of Salmonella in Shenyang is of good polymorphism.
