摘　　要：人溶质载体蛋白25家族是人溶质载体蛋白家族中的一个超家族,该家族成员通过跨线粒体膜转运各种溶质从而发挥作用。线粒体载体在转运底物的性质和大小、运输方式等方面差异很大,并且参与细胞的多种生理过程。越来越多的研究发现,该家族成员在肿瘤中异常表达,且部分成员在肿瘤的发生和发展中起到了一定的作用,如通过调节细胞代谢、死亡、增殖从而参与肿瘤发生、发展过程。The solute carrier protein 25 family (SLC25)is one of superfamily in solute carrier protein family.The members of SLC25 family function by transporting various solutes across the mitochondrial membrane.Their substrates vary in property,molecular size and mode of transport,and they closely involve in numerous physiological functions.More and more researches indicate that some members of SLC25 family are abnormally expressed in tumors,and some of them play important roles in the occurrence and development of tumors.For example,some members participate in tumorigenesis by regulating cell metabolism,death and proliferation.
