摘  要:统一潮流控制器(unified power flow controller,UPFC)是目前最先进的柔性交流输电系统(flexible AC transmission system,FACTS)技术,但基于dq旋转坐标系下常规交叉解耦控制中有功、无功功率控制环路之间存在耦合,降低其潮流控制性能。本文分析了常规交叉解耦控制方法的功率耦合,提出了极坐标系下新型功率解耦控制策略,该策略采用有功功率-相位、无功功率-相角的功率解耦控制方法。搭建了含UPFC的详细高压输电系统仿真模型,与常规解耦控制方法仿真结果对比表明所提控制策略能有效减弱有功、无功功率控制环路之间的耦合,尤其是单独控制有功、无功功率场景时,能提高统一潮流控制器的潮流控制效果。UPFC( unified power flowcontroller) is the most advanced flexible AC transmission system( FACTS) technology,but the conventional cross decoupling control method in the dq rotating coordinate system still exists coupling between the active control and reactive control loop. The couple characteristics between active power and reactive power in voltage d-q rotating frame are analyzed,and a novel control strategy in polar frame is proposed,which adopts active power-phase,reactive-amplitude decoupling control method of the power. The detail simulation model of HVDC transimission system is built,which includes UPFC. Simulation results comparison shows that the proposed strategy effectively reduces the couple between the active and reactive power control loop,enhances the UPFC system power-flowcontrol performance especially under solely active power or reactive power control scenario.
