前房放液联合药物治疗白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术后早期高眼压的有效性

摘　　要：目的探讨针对白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术后患者早期高眼压治疗中联合应用前房放液与药物治疗方案的临床效果。方法对照组采取局部药物治疗,观察组联合采取前房放液治疗。结果两组患者治疗前眼压水平均较高(P>0.05);治疗3~48h后观察组患者的眼压水平下降幅度显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者24h、48h眼压控制有效率分别为63.64%和98.48%,高于对照组的45.59%和76.47%(P<0.05)。结论针对白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术后出现的早期高眼压,通过药物治疗方案联合前房放液治疗可有效降低患者高眼压,具有作用效果良好、起效速度快等优势,是术后早期高血压患者的有效安全治疗方案。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of anterior chamber drainage combined with drug therapy in patients with early ocular hypertension after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Methods A total of 120 patients(134 eyes) with ocular hypertension after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were enrolled in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.The samples were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were treated with topical drug treatment alone,and the patients in the observation group were treated combined with anterior chamber drainage.Results The intraocular pressure was higher in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The decrease of intraocular pressure in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after 3 to 48 hours of treatment.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of intraocular pressure control in the observation group was 63.64% and 98.48% at 24h and 48h,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (45.59% and 76.47% , statistically significant (P<0.05) ; Conclusion For the early high intraocular pressure after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation, the combination of drug treatment and anterior chamber drainage can effectively reduce the high intraocular pressure.It provides us an effective and safe treatment plan for patients with early postoperative hypertension.
