五运六气禀赋与2型糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性

摘　　要：目的:分析2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者先天五运六气特点与分布差异。方法:收集广州中医药大学第一附属医院内分泌科2012～2018年收治的2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的住院病例共1 410例,对患者出生日期的五运六气特点进行统计分析。结果:发现五之气时段出生者发病率最高,二之气最少,且分布差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。2型糖尿病周围神经病变发病与运气相合和客主加临密切相关,出生在天符、同天符、太乙天符年的发病人数最多,顺化、平气年最少,且各组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);出生在不同客主加临的分布情况为逆最多,同气相得最少,且分布差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:2型糖尿病周围神经病变的罹患与出生时的客气、运气相合、客主加临之间存在一定的关联性。Objective To analyse the characteristics and distribution of Five-Yun and Six-Qi on the incidence oftype 2diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 1410cases from the Endocrinology Department of First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicinefrom 2012to 2018were collected.Statistical Analysis was used to discover the characteristics of Five-Yun and Six-Qi in the date of birth of patients.Results It shows that the highest incidence of DPN is in the period of the fifth qi while the least in the second qi (P <0.05).The high incidence is also closely related to the year of the Tianfu,Tongtianfu,Taiyitianfu (P <0.05)and thefavorable phase (P <0.05).Conclusion The incidence oftype 2diabetic peripheral neuropathy is related to guest qi,Yunqi combination and guest climatic qi adding to fixed host qi in date of birth.
