摘　　要：文章对聚山梨酯80 (吐温80)在中药注射剂中的应用现状进行介绍,对其不良反应的产生机理、含量测定方法进行文献调研,并在此基础上对该辅料在中药注射剂中的应用前景进行展望,以期为吐温80在中药注射剂中的合理应用提供参考。Polysorbate 80(Tween 80)has been widely used as a cosolvent in traditional Chinese medicine injections,and resul- ting in many adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections.In this paper,the application of Tween 80in traditional Chinese medicine injections was introduced,the mechanism of adverse reactions and the determination methods of Tween 80in traditional Chinese medicine injections were investigated,and the application prospects of Tween 80in traditional Chinese medicine injections was prospected.
