健康中国战略下高职院校建设健康管理专业研究——以保险职业学院为例

摘　　要：健康中国战略背景下,健康管理人才培养问题研究具有重要意义。文章基于我国健康管理政策与健康管理人才需求现状分析,结合保险职业学院办学特色,从师资力量、实训室建设及课程设置等方面对保险职业学院开设健康管理专业可行性进行了探讨,认为保险类院校具有开办健康管理专业的可行性,有助于高校转型发展。Under the background of healthy Chinese strategy,the research on the training of health management talents is of great significance.Based on the analysis of the health management policy and the requirement of health management talents in China,the article discusses the feasibility of health management in insurance vocational colleges from the aspects of teaching staff,training room construction and curriculum setting.It is believed that insurance colleges and universities have the feasibility of providing health management majors,which is helpful to the transformation and development of universities.
