摘 要:介绍了美国德克萨斯州农工大学的"多学科医学伦理学课程",从教育目标、课程内容、参与人员、课程实践、教育效果评估等方面分析该课程教学情况。该课程以介绍医学伦理问题,提高医学生对自我和他人价值的认识,并引导其进入医疗实践和团队合作工作为总体目标。教学内容除了医患关系、伦理学原则等内容外,还包括医疗伦理学决策、有限医疗资源分配、利益冲突与权力滥用、国际性医疗和医学使命、科研及学术出版伦理等。In this article,the author introduces the inter-professional health care ethics course at Texas A & M University and analyze its objectives,content,participants,practices,and evaluation.This course has a purpose of introducing health professions students to medical ethical issues,developing self-awareness skills about their own values and those of others, and leading to enhancement of patient-centered care and collaborative team work.In addition to traditional bioethical issues,such as physician-patient relationship and ethical principles,ethical decision-making in healthcare,allocation of limited resources in healthcare,conflicts of interest and abuse of power,international medicine and medical missions, research and publication ethics,and other topics are also involved in this course.
