摘　　要：学校的人文管理要求转化价值观念,改革管理的体制和机制,提高教职员工的素质。学校一般管理人员要在实践中不断学习、不断自我建构、不断自我超越。其学习、提升的途径是在实践中学习,学习联系实践,结合实践反思。The humanistic management of the school requires the transformation of values,the reform of the management system and mechanism,and the improvement of the quality of the teaching staff. The general administrators of the school should keep learning, self-construction and self-transcendence in practice. The way of learning and promotion is learning in practice,learning connecting with practice,and reflection combined with practice.
