摘　　要：新生代农民工已逐渐成为建筑业的劳动主体。当前,新生代建筑业农民工对职业技能培训的需求强烈与职业技能培训的供给缺乏的矛盾日益突出,现有职业技能培训模式难以适应建筑产业现代化、工业化发展的要求。文章分析了新生代建筑业农民工的特点及当前职业技能培训存在的问题,分析MOOC在职业技能培训方面的特点和优势,研究利用MOOC进行新生代建筑业农民工职业技能培训模式的开发,并提出相关政策建议。The new generation of migrant workers has gradually become the main labor of construction in the future.That the contradiction between the new generation migrant construction workers has a strong demand and lack of supply for vocational skills training supply is becoming increasingly prominent.The current model of vocational skills training is difficult to meet the demand of the modernization and industrialization in construction industry.Through the analysis of the existing problems of current vocational skill training and the characteristics of the new generation migrant construction workers and the advantage of MOOC,the paper studies the use of MOOC to develop the vocational skills training model of the new generation of migrant workers in construction industry and puts forward relevant policy recommendations.
