摘 要:目的探讨磁共振弥散加权像(DWI)对急性脑梗死的诊断价值。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者30例,均行T1WI、 T2WI、 FLAIR以及DWI检查诊断,对比不同检查方法的诊断结果。结果 DWI的检出率显著优于T1WI、 T2WI以及FLAIR,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死的诊断中, DWI图像比T1WI、 T2WI以及FLAIR图像有更高的特异性以及敏感性,可发现超急性期脑梗死,对急性脑梗死的诊断有重要的价值。Objective To investigatb the value of magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging (DWI)in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 30cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2016to January 2018were selected.All cases underwent T1WI,T2Wl,FLAIR and DWI examinations for diagnosis,and the diagnostic results by different examination methods were compared.Results The detection rate of DWI was significantly better than that of TlWI,T2WI and FLAIR (all P <0.05) Conclusions In the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction,DWI has higher specificity and sensitivity than T1WI,T2WI and FLAIR,which cb.n detect hyper acute cerebral infarction and has important application value in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.
