摘  要:目的探讨微钢圈联合明胶海绵颗粒栓塞在晚期肺癌介入治疗中的价值。方法 32例使用微钢圈联合明胶海绵颗粒栓塞治疗的患者设为钢圈组, 36例单纯使用明胶海绵颗粒栓塞治疗的患者设为海绵组,比较两组患者的临床治疗有效率及生存率。结果钢圈组的临床治疗有效率为65.6%,显著高于海绵组的41.7%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。钢圈组的1年生存率、 2年生存率均显著高于海绵组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在晚期肺癌的介入术中使用微钢圈联合明胶海绵颗粒栓塞的临床效果优于单纯明胶海绵颗粒栓塞,有利于延长患者的生存时间。Objective To explore the clinical value of micro-steel coil combined with gelfoam granules for chemoembolization in interventional therapy for advanced lung cancer.Methods 32cases of patients treated with micro-steel coil combined with gelfoam granules for chemoembolization were set as steel coil group,and 36cases of patients with single gelfoam granules for chemoembolization were set as the gelfoam group.The effective rates of clinical treatment and survival rates of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment of the steel coil group was 65.6%,significantly higher than 41.7%of the gelfoam group (P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate and 2-year survival rate of the steel coil group were significantly higher than those of the gelfoam group (P <0.05).Conclusions The application of micro-steel coil combined with gelfoam granules for chemoembolization in interventional therapy for advanced lung cancer has better clinical effect than single application ofgelfoam granules for chemoembolization,which helps to prolong the survival time of patients.
