摘  要:通过对1起基层疾控应对食物中毒事件处置过程的分析,反映出基层疾控机构在食品安全事故处置过程中还存在认识缺位、规范化处置意识欠缺、统筹协调沟通不畅、能力建设待加强等问题。建议基层疾控在食品安全事故处置中应明确职责定位、加强自身能力建设、强化事件处置的统筹性和提高网报时效性等,以提高规范化处置食物中毒事件的能力。Through a retrospective analysis which was conducted on the disposal process of one food poisoning incident case,it reflected that there were still some defects in the emergency disposal of food poisoning incidents by primary disease control and prevention institutions,such as lack of relevant knowledge,lack of awareness of standardized disposal,lack of coordination and communication,lack of capacity building. It is proposed that in the disposal of food safety incidents,primary disease control and prevention institutions should clarify their responsibilities,strengthen the ability building,enhance the coordination for incident disposal and improve the timeliness of network reports,so as to improve the ability of standardized disposal of food poisoning incidents.
