摘 要:以吉林省548名农村流动人口为样本,从职业教育、继续教育、社区教育融合的视角,构建吉林省农村流动人口教育支付意愿模型,利用Heckman两阶段模型实证分析影响农村流动人口教育支付意愿的主要因素.研究结论指出男性、具有技术含量较高职业、工作时间在8小时以上、农村流动人口的工资去除生活消费以外剩余较多、有职业改变想法、对教育重要性的认识程度较高的农村流动人口教育支付的意愿较高.女性、年龄较低、未婚、工作时间在8小时以内、工资去除生活消费以外剩余较多的农村流动人口教育愿意支付的金额较高.针对研究结果进一步提出提升农村流动人口教育积极性的建议.Taking 548 rural migrant population in Jilin province as a sample,from the perspective of the integration of vocational education,continuing education and community education,a model of the willingness to pay for rural migrant population education in Jilin province was constructed,and the main factors influencing the willingness to pay for rural migrant population education were analyzed by using the Heckman two-stage model.The study concluded that the willingness to pay for education is higher among men,those with more skilled occupations,those with more than 8 hours of working hours,those who have more wages than they spend on living,those who have a change of career,and those who have a higher level of awareness of the importance of education.Women,those who are younger,unmarried,work less than eight hours,and those who have more money left over from the cost of living are paid higher amounts for education in rural areas.According to the results of the study,the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the enthusiasm of rural floating population education.
