摘  要:目的从当今信息化时代国家医学领域人才需求角度出发,结合现今医学教育教学经验及优势化的配套资源,研究获得医学实用型人才培养因素最佳方案。方法通过科学的层次分析模型建立,将信息化教育及技能应用与实用型医学生人才培养相结合,利用Delphi法确定各层动态因素赋分值及相对权重,通过对相关因素定性和定量的优化组合,对互联网+教育下医学实用型人才培养因素进行客观、合理的关联分析。结果经过数据评价分析,医学实用型人才教育的核心目标是培养学生创新能力和实用性应用能力。合理有效地信息化教学和阶段性教学考核是必要手段。结论实用型医学人才培养最佳效果要以创新能力培养、知识转化探索为医学人才培养的核心出发点;阶段性教学考核和建立学生情况信息数据库是人才教育质量的必要保证。Objective The aim of this research was to explore the best solution for the cultivation of medical practical talents combined with the current medical education teaching experience and the complementary supporting resources from the perspective of the demand for talents in the medical field in the current information age. Methods Through the establishment of a scientific hierarchical analysis model, the informatization education and skill application were combined with the practical medical students’ training. The Delphi method was used to determine the dynamic factor scores and relative weights of each layer. And the relevant factors were qualitatively and quantitatively determined. Optimized the combination, an objective and reasonable correlation analysis was conducted on the factors of medical practical talent training under internet-plus-education.Results After data evaluation and analysis, the core goal of medical practical talent education was to cultivate students’ innovative ability and practical application ability. Reasonable and effective information teaching and staged teaching assessment were necessary means. Conclusion The best effect of practical medical talents training should be the core starting point of medical talent training with innovative ability training and knowledge transformation. The stage teaching assessment and the establishment of student situation information database are the necessary guarantee for the quality of talent education.
