摘 要:提出了一种上三角肘杆式连杆机械压力机结构,简述该机构的工作原理,根据各连杆的几何关系,建立该机构的运动学正、逆解的数学模型,基于正解对滑块的速度和加速度进行计算分析,得到了连杆机构在下死点位置的加速度为0mm·s^-2时对机构冲击小,利用逆解对驱动杆的位置进行了计算分析。其次,在忽略重力、摩擦以及惯性力(力矩)等因素的情况下,分析各连杆受力,并建立压力机的静力学模型,得到了压力放大倍数的关系式。最后,应用ADAMS软件和MATLAB软件验证机构运动学与静力学分析的正确性,同时,针对各连杆强度进行有限元分析,证明了结构设计的合理性,为进一步研究奠定基础。A mechanical press structure of upper triangular elbow connecting rod was presented,and its working principle was briefly introduced.Then,the mathematical model with the kinematics positive and negative solutions of the mechanism was established by the geometric relations of each connecting rod.Based on the positive solution to calculate and analyze the velocity and acceleration of sliding block,the acceleration value of connecting rod mechanism at the lower dead point was 0mm ·s ^-2,which was little impact on the mechanism,and the position of drive rod was calculated and analyzed by negative solution.Furthermore,in the absence of gravity,friction,inertial force (moment)and other factors,the force on each connecting rod was analyzed,and the static model of press was established to obtain the relation of pressure amplification factor.Finally,the correctness of kinematics and statics analysis of the mechanism was verified by software ADAMS and MATLAB.At the same time,the strength of each connecting rod was analyzed by finite element method,and the rationality of structural design was proved to lay a foundation for further research.
