摘　　要：《黄帝内经》对脑的论述颇为丰富,但多散在于各章节中。为进一步探讨中医脑理论,剖析《内经》对脑的认识,对《内经》关于脑的论述予以梳理,并结合文献从脑为奇恒之府、脑为髓海、脑与脏腑经络联系以及脑的功能、病变等方面进行总结与探讨,以期溯本求源。The exposition of the brain is quite rich in Huangdi Neijiing (Inner Canon of Huangdi),but it is scattered in the different chapters.In order to further explore the theory of brain in traditional Chinese medicine and analyze the cognition of brain in Neijing,this paper sorts out the discussion about brain in Neijing,and combined with the literatures,it summarizes and discusses from brain as extraordinary fu-viscera,brain being marrow sea,relationship between brain and viscera meridians and collaterals,function and pathological changes of brain to track down the origin.
