摘　　要：硕士研究生学位论文是衡量其研发能力、创新能力、综合能力和学术水平的重要依据,也是检验研究生培养质量的关键指标之一。随着我国硕士研究生教育规模的迅速扩大,带来研究生素质下降、教育资源不足以及监督管理缺位等问题,导致学位论文质量出现下降趋势。本文分析了硕士学位论文质量现状,提出了硕士学位论文质量保障体系建设思路,主要从全员参与、全环节控制和充分发挥学校职能作用等方面,给出了具体的建设方法和途径。Master’s dissertation is an important basis for measuring graduate’s R & D ability, innovation ability, comprehensive ability and academic level. It is also one of the key indicators to test the quality of graduate students. With the rapid expansion of the scale of postgraduate education in China, the problems such as the decline of graduate quality, the lack of educational resources and the absence of supervision and management have led to a downward trend in the overall quality of the master’s dissertations. The paper analyzes the quality status of master’s dissertations, and provides detailed construction ideas and methods from the aspects of all staff participating in quality management, establishing the whole quality control system and giving full play to the functions of the school.
