摘  要:本文分析了地方本科高校资产评估课程实施过程中的不足,提出构建基于翻转课堂的"传统课堂教学+网络在线学习"的混合式教学模式,包括课前准备、在线学习、课堂讲授、课后评价等实施步骤,并结合教学实践,对混合式教学模式进行反思,以期为高校教学方法的改革和实践提供一定的参考。This paper analyzes the shortcomings in the implementation process of asset evaluation courses in local undergraduate colleges, and proposes a hybrid teaching model based on "traditional classroom teaching + online learning" based on flipping classroom, including pre-class preparation, online learning, classroom teaching, and after-school evaluation. The implementation steps, combined with teaching practice, reflect on the hybrid teaching model, in order to provide a certain reference for the reform and practice of college teaching methods.
