摘 要:抗生素的发现和大规模使用,使得因急性细菌感染的死亡率得到了有效控制。但因抗生素的长期和大量使用,耐药突变菌种出现,使得标准的抗菌治疗无效,并增加了感染传播风险。因此,促进了基于基因组测序等技术的新型抗生素研发,本文讨论了常规抗生素的优缺点,及新型抗生素发现的新途径、新理念。The discovery and large-scale use of antibiotics have resulted in effective control of mortality from acute bacterial infections.However,due to the extensive use of antibiotics,the emergence of resistant mutant strains makes standard antibacterial treatment ineffective and increases the risk of infection transmission.Therefore,the development of new antibiotics based on technologies such as genome sequencing has been promoted.This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of conventional antibiotics,as well as new ways and new ideas for the discovery of new antibiotics.
