摘 要:针对电控机械变速器自动控制起步时出现的换挡品质较低导致电控机械式自动变速器难以控制冲击度和滑磨功率的大小的问题,提出了一种基于同步器的电控机械式变速器自动控制方法。通过建立变速器自动控制发动机模型、变速器自动控制传动系模型、汽车变速器自动控制动力模型、变速器自动控制离合器的模型,构建出电控机械式变速器自动控制中部模型。利用换档力对锁止同步阶段冲击度的控制和影响同步器滑磨功率调节的条件控制,实现电控机械式变速器的有效控制,也实现了同步器对电控机械式变速器控制。实验结果表明,上述方法能够加快离合器的接合速度,降低离合器的冲击度,增强了换挡质量,降低了同步器滑磨功率,增加了同步器的使用寿命,使电控机械式自动变速器控制更加安全可靠。In this article,we present an automatic control method for electronic controlling automated mechanical transmission based on synchronizer.By establishing the engine model of automatic control of transmission,the clrive-train model of automatic control of transmission,the automatic control dynamic model of automobile transmission and the clutch model of automatic control of transmission,the central model of automatic control for electronic controlling mechanical transmission was built.Moreover,the control and influence of shifting force 'on impact force of locking synchronization stage and the condition control of friction power regulation of synchronizer.er were used to achieve the effective control of electrical controlling mechanical transmission and the control of synchronizer for electronic controlling automated mechanical transmission.Simulation results show that the proposed method can accelerate the clutch engagement and reduce the clutch starting jerk.Meanwhile,it enhances the shifting quality and reduces the friction power of synchronizer,and increases the service life of synchronizer.Thus,the control of electronic controlling automatic mechanical transmission will be more safe and reliable.
