摘 要:基于ADAMS建立起重机主令手柄的虚拟样机并进行动力学分析,得到复位弹簧对主令手柄性能有着重要影响的结论。使用ISIGHT集成技术完成对手柄虚拟样机系统的集成。分别选用拉丁超立方和正交数组法进行试验设计,得到输入因子操作力、弹簧刚度、弹簧自由长度对输出因子弯轴最远转角、回零后小滚子与静止侧复位片最大接触力的影响因子大小,并分别运用NCGA和NSGAII两种优化方法以手柄操作力、复位碰撞力为优化目标对复位弹簧参数进行优化,得到了可靠的弹簧优化参数。The virtual prototype system of master joystick of crane based on ADAMS was set up in this paper.The dynamics analysis was conducted to make sure that the reset spring plays an important role on master joystick.By using ISIGHT,the virtual prototype system of master joystick was integrated.Based on two DOE of Latin Hypercu'be and Orthogonal Arrays methods,the influences of input factors of operating force,reset spring stiffness and length,on the output factors,such as rotation angle of bending shaft far-end,the maximum contact force of homing small roller on rest side of reset slice,were analyzed.Then,by using NCGA method and NSGAII method,the multi-objective optimization for the stiffness and free length of reset spring with the aim of the operating force of joystick and the collision force of reset was carried out.And the reliable optimization results of reset spring were obtained.
