摘 要:近年来,我们对成纤维细胞生长因子21(fibroblast growth factor 21,FGF-21)的认识越来越深入,其生物学潜力广布于降糖、降脂、抗炎和抗癌等各个方面。其中,FGF-21在肠道糖代谢方面可以通过抑制肠道钠葡萄糖转运蛋白1(sodium glucose transporter1,SGLT1)的表达,维持肠道糖代谢稳态,且SGLT1在结肠癌细胞中存在代偿性过表达。本文就FGF-21与SGLT1的关系进行阐述,并提出FGF-21可以作为SGLT1的新型抑制剂,研究其通过抑制结肠癌细胞的SGLT1,降低结肠癌发病率的相关可能机制。In recent years,we have become more and more understanding about fibroblast growth factor 21(FGF- 21),and its biological potential is widely distributed in various aspects such as hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering,antiinflammatory and anti-cancer,et al.Among them,FGF-21can maintain intestinal glucose metabolism homeostasis by inhibiting the expression of intestinal sodium glucose transporter 1(SGLT1),and SGL-T1 has compensatory overexpression in colon cancer cells.This article described the relationship between FGF-21and SGLT1,and proposed that FGF- 21used as a novel inhibitor of SGLT1 can possibly reduce the incidence of colon cancer.
