摘 要:熊去氧胆酸(ursodleoxycholic acid,UDCA)是一种合成胆汁酸,作为鹅去氧胆酸的7β-羟基差向异构体,可以改善肝脏的生物化学功能。目前,尽管没有明确的证据表明UDCA能够改善原发性硬化性胆管炎(primary sclerosing cholangitis,PSC)患者的预后,但还是被广泛应用于治疗PSC。PSC是一种慢性胆汁淤积性肝病,其与溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)密切相关。PSC-UC患者发生结直肠肿瘤的风险明显高于普通人群。因此,了解UDCA对PSC-UC患者结直肠肿瘤发生的影响、其可能的内在机制及如何应用UDCA对改善PSC-UC患者肿瘤相关的预后至关重要。As the 7β-epimer of chenodeoxycholic acid,ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA)is a synthetic bile acid and can be used to improve liver biochemistries.At present,although there is no clear evidence that UDCA can improve the prognosis of patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC),it is still widely used in the treatment of PSC.As a chronic cholestatic liver disease,PSC can be strongly connected with ulcerative colitis (UC).The risk of developing colorectal neoplasia in patients with PSC-UC is higher than that in ordinary people.Therefore,it is very important to understand how UDCA affects the development of colorectal neoplasia,the underlying mechanisms and how UDCA is used to improve the tumor-related prognosis in patients with PSC-UC.
