摘 要:食品分析实验是食品质量与安全专业的一门基础实验课,是培养学生科研能力、创新能力、动手操作等多种能力的关键环节。针对该课程在教学过程中存在的问题,调整实验教学内容、改进教学方法、优化考核方式等方面的改革,提高了学生的动手能力和创新能力,取得了良好的教学效果。Food analysis experiment is a basic experimental course of food quality and safety major, and a key link in cultivating students’ scientific research ability, innovation ability, hands-on ability and other abilities. In view of the problems existing in the course of teaching, through the reform of adjusting the experimental teaching content,improving the teaching methods and optimizing the assessment methods, the students’ practical ability and innovative ability were improved, and good teaching results were achieved.
