摘 要:试验设计并制作了3种配筋、5种替换高度的试验梁共15根,并对试验梁进行四点弯曲试验,研究不同工程水泥基复合材料(ECC)替换高度、配筋类型对复合梁受弯性能的影响。试验分析了整个加载过程试验梁的承载力、变形、钢筋变形协调性及裂缝变化情况和规律。研究表明:所有试验梁均满足平截面假定;配筋相同时,ECC-RC复合梁的承载力较普通混凝土梁有明显提高,且配筋率较小试验梁的承载力和抵抗变形能力提高更为突出;钢筋与ECC有较好的协调变形能力,ECC与普通混凝土粘结良好;ECC可有效改善混凝土梁的抗裂性能。Fifteen test beams with three different reinforcements and five different replacement heights were designed and made.Four-point bending tests were carried out to study the effects of different replacement heights of engineered cementitious composite (ECC)and reinforcement types on the flexural behavior of composite beams.The test beams' bearing capacity,deformation,deformation compatibility of steel bar and the development situation and rule of cracks during the whole loading process were analyzed.The results show that all the test beams satisfy the plane section assumption;with the same reinforcement,the bearing capacity and the anti-deformation ability of ECC-RC composite beams is obviously higher than that of ordinary concrete beams,especially the beam having lower reinforcement ratio;the steel reinforcement and ECC can deformed compatibility,ECC and concrete have good bond behavior;ECC can improve the crack resistance of concrete beams effectively.
