针刺配合下丹田灸治疗阳虚型慢性疲劳综合征临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺配合下丹田灸对阳虚型疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法:将48例阳虚型疲劳综合征患者随机分为治疗组(n=24)和对照组(n=24)。治疗组采用针刺配合下丹田灸法,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗,两组治疗时间均为30min,每周2次,治疗2个月。两组患者在治疗前后采用临床症状积分及FAI进行效果评价。结果:治疗组总有效率87.50%,对照组总有效率62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针刺配合下丹田灸在改善患者临床症状及FAI评分上有显著疗效(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合下丹田灸对改善阳虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者的疲劳状况优于仅使用针刺者。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yang deficiency type of chronic fatigue syndrome,which was used with acupuncture demonstrated with moxibustion in lower Dantian. Methods: 48 patients with Yang deficiency type of chronic fatigue syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(n =24)and the control group(n =24). Acupuncture with moxibustion in lower Dantian was used in treatment group,control group adoptsed pure acupuncture therapy,all of them were 30 minutes,twice a week,last 2 months. The clinical symptom score and FAI were used to evaluate the effect of the two groups before and after the treatment. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 87.50%,while control group was 62.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Acupuncture and moxibustion in improving clinical symptoms and FAI score had obvious curative effect(P <0.05). Conclusion : Acupuncture and moxibustion in lower Dantian in improving the Yang deficiency of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome fatigue condition is better than using acupuncture only.
