益气补肾活血法联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气补肾活血法联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年9月-2018年1月期间本院收治的NPDR患者96例作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为两组:其中观察组48例(益气补肾活血法联合羟苯磺酸钙),对照组48例(羟苯磺酸钙),治疗持续3个月。比较两组患者治疗后的、出血灶面积(mm^2)、血管瘤个数及黄斑厚度(μm)变化及治疗有效率。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后眼底病变明显减轻(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后病变较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率100.00%(48/48),对照组89.53%(43/48),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气补肾活血法联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗NPDR的疗效优于西药单独应用益气补肾活血法;羟苯磺酸钙;非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)。Objective:To study the effect of Qi-benefiting and kidney-tonfiying and blood-activating method combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of NPDR.Methods:From September 2015 to January 2018,96 patients were chosen as study objects,and all of them were divided into two groups: 48 patients(Qi-benefiting and kidney-tonfiying and blood-activating method combined with calcium dobesilate) in study group and 48 patients in control group(calcium dobesilate).After treatment,change in grayscale value of field of vision,area of hemorrhagic spot,number of hemangioma and macular thickness were compared between two groups.The effect rate was compared between two groups.Results:Compared with that before treatment,the fundus lesions of the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the lesions in the study group were significantly improved than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 100%(48/48),while that of the control group was 89.53%(43/48) and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Qi-benefiting and kidney-tonfiying and blood-activating method combined with calcium dobesilate is better than the use of calcium dobesilate in the treatment of NPDR.
