“面瘫膏”主攻病所治疗特发性面神经麻痹的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究“面瘫膏”主攻病所治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:选取急性期的特发性面神经麻痹患者60例,随机分成对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组应用针灸、糖皮质激素、神经营养剂、抗病毒药物、中药、“假面瘫膏”穴位贴敷及物理治疗。治疗组使用“面瘫膏”穴位贴敷,余法相同。比较两组治疗后2周、1个月、3个月的面神经功能及临床疗效。结果:两组面神经功能(HB分级)比较,在治疗后2周、1个月、3个月均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组面神经功能恢复均好于对照组。两组疗效比较,在治疗后2周总有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后1个月、3个月,总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组恢复更好。结论:“面瘫膏”主攻病所治疗特发性面神经麻痹获得更好的面神经恢复和临床疗效,值得临床推行。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of main attack disease location with "facioplegia-ointment"in treating idi- opathic facial paralysis.Methods :Sixty cases of idiopathic facial paralysis in acute stage were randomly divided into two groups : control group and treatment group,30for each.The control group were treated with acupuncture,glucocorticoid,neurotrophie agent,antiviral drug,chinese herbs,"false facioplegia-ointment"acupoint application and physiotherapy.The treatment group were differently administered with "facioplegia -ointment".After 2 weeks,1 and 3 months,facial nerve function and clinical effect were compared by the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks,1 and 3 months,the facial nerve function had significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).The treatment group's was better than the control group's.The total effective rate between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05)after 2 weeks.But there was significant difference (P <0.05)after 1 and 3 months.It had better recovery in the treatment group.Conclusion.Main attack disease location with "facioplegia-ointment"in treating idiopathic facial paralysis had better facial nerve recovery and clinical effect,which deserved the clinical expansion.
