摘　　要：移超白压延玻璃生产线,将在燃料由煤焦油更换为天然气后,造成了工艺制度的波动,使玻璃板面气泡增多。通过技术人员的现场考察,查找原因,通过调整澄清剂的用量和原料配方,成功的把玻璃板面气泡降至合格范围。After replacing the fuel from coal tar to natural gas in ultra-white rolled glass production line, fluctuation of the process system arises,and the bubble on glass surface increases thereby.Through on-site inspection by technicians,we figure out and analyze the cause,and adjust the raw material formula by adjusting the amount of refining agent,successfully reducing the bubbles on glass plate surface to the qualified range.
