摘　　要：通过对基层医院护理人员应急能力培训需求的调查,发现基层医院护士应急能力自我评价一般的比例最高,对应急能力培训需求较高,今后接受的培训方式更倾向于短期培训、示范教学和情景模拟。基层医院在进行护士应急能力培训时应因地制宜,根据实际需求制定有效的培训方案,切实提高护士的应急技能水平。Based on the investigation of the emergency training needs of nursing staff in grass-roots hospitals,it is found that the proportion of nurses who evaluate their emergency ability as average accounts for the highest,and the demand for emergency ability training is relatively high. The trainings that they hope to have in the future include short-term training,demonstration teaching and scenario simulation. Grassroots hospitals should adapt to local conditions when conducting nurse emergency training,and develop effective training programs based on actual needs so as to promote the emergency skills of nurses.
