摘 要:目的:探讨分权管理模式在提高骨科护工服务质量中的效果。方法:2017年6月针对医院骨科在职护工实施分权管理,比较管理实施前(2016年1-5月)、后(2016年7-11月)护工在患者满意度、医护满意度、护工离职率和护工职业危害防护技能合格率间的差异。结果:实施分权管理模式后,针对护工的患者满意度、医护满意度和护工职业危害防护技能合格率均明显上升,护工离职率明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论:针对骨科护工开展分权管理模式,既能改善患者和医护人员的满意度,也能有效提升护工职业危害防护技能合格率,同时对降低护工的离职率也有重要的意义。Objective To explore the effect of decentralization management mode in improving the quality of care workers in department of orthopedics. Methods In May 2017,the decentralization management of the in-service care workers in the department of orthopedics was carried out. And then the differences were compared in the satisfaction of patients,the satisfaction of doctors and nurses,the resignation rate and the qualified rate of occupational hazard protection skills before( January2016 to May 2016) and after( July 2016 to November 2016) the implementation of decentralization management. Results After the implementation of the decentralization management model,the satisfaction of the patients,the satisfaction of the doctors and nurses and the qualified rate of occupational hazard protection skills were obviously increased and the resignation rate was significantly decreased; the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions The decentralization management model for the care workers in department of orthopedics can not only improve the satisfaction of patients and medical staff,but also effectively improve the qualified rate of occupational hazard protection skills,and also have important significance to reduce the resignation rate of the workers.
