摘  要:随着日语MTI翻译专业建设内涵稳步提升,针对相关人才培养模式的探讨愈加广泛和深入。如何结合中国国内现状建设完整的翻译教学体系,从而提高翻译人才培养质量,逐步实现翻译教学与社会高端人才需求接轨、与国际教育理念接轨成为当前急需解决的重要课题之一。本稿以北京第二外国语学院日语学院开展的翻译人才培养的改革探索为主线,从学科特色、课程设置、师资队伍建设、校企合作模式以及学业评价机制等方面展开论述,并通过借鉴国外的经验和做法,探讨了优化教学资源和与市场化接轨方案的可行性。With the steady progress of the Master of Translation and Interpreting (short as MTI)for Japanese program constrnction,much more needs to be learned about how to nurture professional translators.It is a matter of urgency to find out how to construct a comprehensive translation teaching system to improve the quality of professionals,matching translation education with the social needs of high-end translators and with the international expectations for education.Centered upon the reform activities for professional translation education in Beijing International Studies University,this paper focusses on five aspects,including discipline characteristics,curriculum setup,faculty construction,cooperation between the university and enterprises,and a performance review system.This paper also takes international practices and experiences as reference;and discusses the possibility of upgrading educational resources and improving connections to the market.
