摘　　要：目的探讨血管生成素-2(Ang-2))及其受体酪氨酸激酶受体2(Tie-2)在卵巢癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选取36例卵巢癌组织和19例正常卵巢上皮组织标本,采取免疫组织化学方法和Western Blot方法检测两组组织标本中Ang-2和Tie-2的蛋白表达水平,采用荧光定量PCR法检测两组组织标本中Ang-2、Tie-2 mRNA的表达量,分析卵巢癌组织Ang-2、Tie-2的蛋白表达与卵巢癌临床病理参数的关系。结果卵巢癌组织中Ang-2、Tie-2蛋白表达的平均光密度值显著高于正常卵巢上皮组织,卵巢癌组织中Ang-2、Tie-2 mRNA的相对表达水平亦显著高于正常卵巢上皮组织,Ang-2、Tie-2阳性表达与淋巴结转移相关,与年龄、病理类型、肿瘤分期、组织分级不相关。结论 Ang-2和其受体Tie-2可能参与卵巢癌发病机制。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of angiopoietin-2(Ang-2) and its receptor tyrosine kinase receptor 2(Tie-2) in ovarian cancer. Methods The expressions of Ang-2 and Tie-2 proteins in 36 cases of ovarian cancer tissue and 19 normal ovarian epithelial tissue specimens were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot, and Ang-2 and Tie-2 mRNA by real time PCR. The clinicopathological factors was analyzed. Results The mean optical density of Ang-2 and Tie-2 protein expression was significantly higher in ovarian cancer tissues than in normal ovarian epithelial tissues, and the relative expression level of Ang-2 and Tie-2 mRNA was also higher in ovarian cancer tissues than in normal ovarian epithelial tissues, related to lymph node metastasis, but not to age, pathological type, tumor stage and histological grade. Conclusion Ang-2 and its receptor Tie-2 might be involved in the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer.
