摘　　要：目的研究HSP10在胃腺癌中的表达及潜在的临床意义。方法利用RT-PCR方法检测HSP10在胃黏膜细胞和腺癌细胞中的表达差异,采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测HSP10在215例胃腺癌及癌旁组织的表达差异,分析HSP10表达与临床数据的相关性。结果 HSP10在胃腺癌细胞中表达水平明显高于胃黏膜细胞(P<0.05),在癌组织中表达水平明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。HSP10表达水平与Bormann分型、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化程度、Lauren分型、脉管浸润、神经侵犯、TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05)。HSP10表达与胃腺癌的无病生存时间、总生存时间密切相关,HSP10表达水平越高,患者的无病生存时间和总生存时间越短(P<0.05)。结论HSP10在胃腺癌发生发展中起重要作用,是胃腺癌预后的判断指标。Objective To study the expression of HSP10 in gastric adenocarcinoma and analyze its potential clinical significance. Methods RT-PCR method was used to detect the relative expression of HSP10 in gastric adenocarcinoma and normal gastric mucosa cells, and IHC was performed to detect the expression of HSP10 in 215 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma and the corresponding adjacent non-tumor tissues.The correlations between HSP10 expression andclinicopathologic features were analyzed. Results The relative expression level of HSP10 was significantly higher in gastric adenocarcinoma cells than in normal gastric mucosa cell and in non-cancer tissues(P<0.05), with correlation tumor Bormann type, tumor size, Lauren type, tumor differentiation, vessel invasion, perineural invasion and TNM stage(P<0.05), but not for gender or age. Kaplan-Meier and Cox analysis showed that HSP10 expression was associated with shorter disease-free survival and overall survival(P<0.05). Conclusion HSP10 might be involved in the pathogenesis of gastric adenocarcinoma, and as a prognostic factor of gastric adenocarcinoma.
