摘　　要：胡桃夹综合征(NCS)即左肾静脉压迫综合征,是左肾静脉(LRV)穿行于腹主动脉和肠系膜上动脉所形成的夹角(SMA)或腹主动脉和脊柱之间的间隙处受到挤压,导致LRV回流受阻从而引起腰腹疼痛、血尿、生殖静脉曲张等症状,临床上较少见。NCS的治疗尚存争议,但对于保守治疗无效的患者,尽早选择外科干预,解除LRV梗阻是必要的。近年来,各种微创治疗技术不断发展,本文主要对NCS的微创治疗及其进展作一综述。Nutcracker syndrome known as left renal vein entrapment syndrome,was caused by compression of the left renal vein between the abdominal aorta and superior mesenteric artery or between the abdominal aorta and spine,which results in back pain,hematuria,reproductive varicose veins and other symptoms.Although the treatment is still controversial,surgical intervention is a necessary way while the conservative treatment is invalid.In recent years,various minimally invasive treatment techniques continue to evolve.Based on domestic and foreign literature,this paper describes the minimally invasive treatment of this rare disease.
