摘　　要：膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,对于肌层浸润性膀胱癌(MIBC)目前主要治疗方法是以手术治疗为主的综合治疗,标准手术治疗方式为根治性膀胱切除术(RC)合并盆腔淋巴结清扫,但该手术仍存在手术复杂、并发症多、术后生活质量差等不足,保留膀胱手术之一的膀胱部分切除术(PC)重新受到国内外学者的关注,有可能成为治疗MIBC的主要手术方法之一。Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the urinary system.The most important method for muscle-invasive bladder cancer(MIBC)is the comprehensive treatment based on surgical treatment.The standard treatment is radical cystectomy combined with pelvic lymphadenectomy,but some problems still exist such as inevitable complications,complex surgical procedure and poor quality of patients’ life after surgery.Partial cystectomy,one of the bladder-preserving surgeries,has been paid attention to again by scholars at home and abroad,so it has the potential to become one of the main treatments for MIBC.
