某院2008年-2017年肿瘤内科住院患者疾病构成及趋势分析

摘　　要：目的分析和总结某院2008年-2017年肿瘤内科住院患者疾病构成情况,为恶性肿瘤的防治及研究工作提供一定的参考依据。方法运用描述性分析、x^2检验和u检验对2008年-2017年肿瘤内科住院患者的基本信息、疾病构成、性别分层进行统计分析。结果不同年龄段男性和女性恶性肿瘤患者所占构成比不同,x^2=408.179,P<0.0001,差异有统计学意义;住院的女性患者占53.62%,多于男性患者的46.38%,以40岁～65岁年龄段居多;肺癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌、鼻咽癌和直肠癌是该院住院患者构成比的前5位,占全部恶性肿瘤64.00%;结论肺癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌、鼻咽癌和结直肠癌是威胁该院及其周边居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤,积极加强对其防治是该地区恶性肿瘤继续发展的重点。Objective To analyze and sum up the disease constitution of hospitalized patients from 2008 to 2017 years,and to provide some reference for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.Methods Using descriptive analysis,chi-square and u test to analyze the basic information,disease composition and gender stratification of hospitalized patients from 2008 to 2017.Results In different age groups,male and female malignant tumors accounted for a different proportion(x^2=408.179,P<0.0001),female patients(53.62%) more than the male patients(46.38%),the majority of the age of from 40 to 65 years old;lung cancer,cervical cancer,breast cancer,nasopharyngeal carcinoma and rectal cancer are the top five in the hospital,accounted for 64% of all malignant tumors.Conclusion Lung cancer,cervical cancer,breast cancer,nasopharyngeal carcinoma and colorectal cancer are the major malignant tumors that threaten the health of the patients and its surrounding residents,and the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors is the key to the development of malignancy in this area.
