摘 要:目的通过比较三种不同教学法在高职护生急救技能培训中的应用效果,为对高职护生采取有效的急救技能培训方法提供参考。方法将某院2013级、2014级和2015级147名护理高职护生分为三组,在急救技能操作培训中分别用传统教学法、情境教学法、缺陷式情境教学法进行教学,比较3组护生的考核成绩和护生对教学方法的评价。结果护生急救技能操作成绩在三种教学方法得分分别为89.6±3.58,90.3±3.10,91.5±2.79,差异具有统计学意义,在满意度方面三种教学方法的满意度分别为59.0%,67.9%,83.3%。结论缺陷式情境教学法更有利于促进护生对知识的思考,提升高职护生对急救知识和技能的综合运用能力。Objective This paper provides a reference for the effective training methods of first aid skills for nursing students in higher vocational collegesby comparing the application effect of three different teaching methods in the training of nursing students’ first aid skills in higher vocational colleges.Methods 2013,2014 and 2015 nursing students were divided into three groups.The traditional teaching method,situational teaching method and defective situational teaching method were used in the operation training of first aid skills respectively.The assessment results of the three groups of nursing students and the evaluation of the teaching methods of the nursing students were compared.Results The scores of the first aid skills of nursing students in the three teaching methods were 89.6±3.58,90.3±3.10,91.5±2.79,respectively.The difference was statistically significant.The satisfaction degree of the three teaching methods is 59.0%,67.9%,and 83.3%respectively.Conclusion The defect-type situational teaching method is more helpful to promote nursing students’ thinking on knowledge,and to improve the comprehensive application ability of nursing students’ knowledge and skills of first aid in higher vocational colleges.
