摘  要:寄主诱导基因沉默(host induced gene silencing,HIGS)技术是基于RNAi而发展起来的新技术,它既可以从反向遗传学的方向鉴定植物病原真菌的基因功能,又可以通过在寄主植物中表达沉默病原物特定基因的HIGS载体,以达到控制病原菌扩展,提高作物抗病性的目的。因此HIGS在研究植物病原真菌的致病机理和作物的抗病育种中极具应用前景。HIGS技术从报道以来在植物保护领域得到了广泛的运用,其适用范围广,可以在多种病原真菌中进行应用,特别对于难培养和难以进行遗传转化的真菌。并可以在植物抗病育种中发挥更大空间,为病害的防治提供可靠的策略。本综述总结概括了HIGS技术的原理和它在植物病原丝状真菌研究的最新进展,为该技术在更多植物病原真菌的使用提供参考依据。Host induced gene silencing (HIGS) is a new technology which is developed based on RNA interference. It can not only identify the gene function of plant pathogenic fungi in the direction of reverse genetics, but also express the HIGS vector of the specific gene of silencing disease in the host plant, in order to control the spread of pathogenic bacteria and improve the disease resistance of crops. Therefore, HIGS can be further used to study the pathogenic mechanism of plant pathogenic and crop breeding for disease resistant. HIGS has been commonly used in plant protection since it is developed. It has a wide range of application and can be applied in a variety of pathogenic fungi, especially for the fungi which are difficult to cultivate and difficult to do genetic transformation It is expected to play a greater function in plant resistance breeding and provide a reliable strategy for disease prevention and control. This research reviewed the principle of HIGS and the latest research progress on HIGS in filamentous fungi of plant pathogens, which would provide references for the application of HIGS in more plant pathogens.
