摘　　要：目的研究CSRP1(cysteine and glycine rich protein 1)蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达情况,并探究其临床意义。方法 CSRP1蛋白的差异表达情况应用色谱及质谱联用技术分析筛选,初筛实验的准确性验证选用免疫印迹试验。结果分析质谱鉴定相关结果显示,CSRP1蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达明显低于其在正常组织中的表达,免疫印迹试验结果与质谱分析结果吻合,确保了其准确性。结论 CSRP1蛋白在大肠癌组织中下调表达,其表达情况与肿瘤的发展、调节有密切的关系。Objective To study the expression of CSRP1(cysteine and glycine rich protein 1)in colorectal cancer tissues and explore its clinical significance.Methods The differential expression of CSRP1protein was analyzed and screened by two-position chromatography and mass spectrometry.Results According to the results of analysis mass spectrometry identification related CSRP1expression in colorectal cancer tissue significantly below its expression in normal tissue,western blot test results accord with the results of mass spectrometry analysis,to ensure its accuracy. Conclusion The down-regulated expression of CSRP1in colorectal cancer is closely related to the development and regulation of tumor.
