摘  要:针对单一导热填料在高填充量下也无法同时提高硅橡胶介电、导热性能的问题,采用介电陶瓷钛酸锶(ST)、导热填料氮化硅(Si_3N_4)复合填充制备了Si_3N_4/ST/硅橡胶复合材料,研究了复合材料的介电和导热性能。采用LCR频谱分析仪和导热系数测试仪分别测试复合材料的介电常数和导热系数。结果表明:Si_3N_4与ST的共同填充提高了复合材料的介电性能和导热系数;Si_3N_4填充量为15%(体积分数,下同)时,Si_3N_4/硅橡胶复合材料的介电常数达到最大值5.4F/m;在Si_3N_4填充量保持不变、ST填充量为20%时,复合材料介电常数为纯硅橡胶介电常数的2.3倍,介电损耗保持在0.05以下,导热系数是纯硅橡胶的3倍。In a single thermal conductive filler even under high fill cannot make silicone rubber improve its thermal conductivity and dielectric property at the same time,the dielectric ceramic strontium titanate (ST)and thermal conductive filler silicon nitride (Si3N4)was mixed filling to study its dielectric property and thermal performance.The dielectric properties and thermal conductivity of composite materials were studied by LCR spectrum analyzer and thermal conductivity tester.Results showed that the silicon nitride and strontium titanate filling made the dielectric properties and thermal conductivity were increased.When the volume fraction of silicon nitride was 15%,the dielectric constant reached its maxmum 5.4F/m.Further strontium titanate filling 20% volume,its dielectric constant reached 2.3 times of pure silicone rubber,and dielectric loss was below 0.05,it's thermal conductivity also reached 3 times of pure silicone rubber.
