摘 要:以邻苯基苯氧乙基丙烯酸酯(OPPEA)、苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)和丙烯酸(AA)为聚合单体,采用溶液聚合法,合成了一种分散超细重质碳酸钙(FGCC)颜料性能良好的水溶性分散剂(SAPD)。通过正交实验法探讨了合成条件对FGCC颜料水分散体沉降体积的影响,并通过单因素分析研究了合成条件对FGCC颜料水分散体表观黏度和Zeta电位的影响。实验结果表明,较佳的合成工艺条件为n(SSS)∶n(OPPEA)=1∶1,引发剂用量2.5%,体系反应温度80℃。通过流变分析研究了不同SAPD分散剂用量对颜料分散体表观黏度的影响,随着剪切速率的增加,FGCC颜料水分散体表现出一定的剪切变稀特性,当分散剂加入量为8%时,FGCC颜料水分散体的表观黏度最低,为229.1mPa·s,粒径测试结果显示,FGCC颜料水分散体粒径分布较窄,粒径值最小为445.7nm。A dispersant with good dispersion property of ultra-fine ground calcium carbonate (FGCC) pigment was prepared by using 2-(2-Biphenylyloxy) ethyl acrylate (OPPEA), Sodium p-styrene sulfonate (SSS) and Acrylic acid (AA) as polymerized monomers with solution polymerization. The effect of reaction conditions on the settlement volume of FGCCpigment dispersion was discussed with the orthogonal experiment. The effect of reaction conditions on the apparent viscosity and Zeta potential of FGCCpigment dispersion were also investigated by the single factor analysis. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions are the molar ratio of SSS to OPPEA 1 to 1, the dosage of initiator 2.5%, the reaction temperature 80℃. The effect of SAPD content on the apparent viscosity of FGCCpigment dispersion was discussed. With the increment of the shear rate, the dispersions possess the shear-thin behavior. When the SAPD content was 8%, the apparent viscosity could be low to 229.1mPa·s. The particle size distribution is narrow, and the particle size is 445.7nm.
