唑来膦酸相关性急性葡萄膜炎34例文献分析

摘　　要：目的分析唑来膦酸相关性急性葡萄膜炎的发生规律,为安全用药提供参考。方法以"唑来膦酸"和"急性葡萄膜炎"与"zoledronic acid"和"acute uveitis"为检索词,检索2000年10月—2018年3月中国学术期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库和PubMed数据库收载的唑来膦酸相关性急性葡萄膜炎的文献,提取相关数据做描述性分析。结果共纳入文献19篇,包括临床回顾性研究1篇、临床前瞻性研究1篇及病例报道17篇,涉及唑来膦酸相关性急性葡萄膜炎34例,男性3例,女性31例。14例(41%)表现为双眼葡萄膜炎, 20例(59%)表现为单侧葡萄膜炎,临床表现主要为眼痛、视力障碍、眼睛充血等。18例(53%)在首次用药3 d内发生, 34例均给予激素治疗, 33例眼部症状完全缓解。结论急性葡萄膜炎多在唑来膦酸用药早期发生,可能是一种急性期反应,应早期采取糖皮质激素治疗,一般预后较好。AIM To investigate clinical characteristics of zoledronic acid-associated acute uveitis and provide a reference for rational drug use.METHODS the keywords.The case reports of zoledronic acid statistically from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and PabMed data were obtained for descriptive analysis.RESULTS "Zoledronic acid"and "acute uveitis"were selected as -associated acute uveitis were collected and analyzed database from October 2000 to March 2018,and relevant A total of 19 literatures about zoledronic acid-associated acute uveitis were included,including I clinical retrospective study,1 clinical prospective study and 17case reports.And there were 34 patients including 3 males and 31 females.Fourteen patients (41%)showed acute bilateral uveitis and 20 patients (59%)showed unilateral uveitis.The main clinical manifestations were eye pain,visual disturbance,eye congestion,and so on.Eighteen patients with zoledronic acid-associated acute uveitis attacked within 3 days (53%).Thirty-four patients received glucocorticoids treatment and 33 patients completely cured.CONCLUSION Acute uveitis occurs early in the administration of zoledronic acid and may be an acute phase response.It should be treated with glucocorticoids early and prognosis is better in general.
