基于生态系统观的区域创新创业载体运营效率分析——以广东省珠海市为例

摘　　要：以创新创业生态系统理论为基础,对应区域创新创业载体的投入和产出两个方面设计运营效率评价体系,通过对广东省珠海市15家经认定的市级创新创业孵化基地作为对象开展实证调研。结果发现,区域创新创业载体的运营效率处于达标水平,但是需要重视创新创业生态体系各要素的系统动态建设成效。从投入产出的对比来说,无效或低效的产出主要体现在在孵企业绩效、毕业企业绩效和政策落地绩效等方面。With innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem theory,designing operation efficiency evaluation system corresponding to the input and output of the regional innovation and entrepreneurship carrier,carrying out empirical research through to the 15 identified innovation incubators from Zhuhai of Guangdong province. The results show that the operation efficiency of regional innovation and entrepreneurship carriers is at the standard level,but we need to attach importance to the dynamic performance of all elements in the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. From the comparison of input-output,the ineffective or inefficient output is mainly reflected in three aspects: the performance of the incubating enterprise,the performance of the graduation enterprise and the performance of the policy landing.
