摘 要:目的调查闽江流域福州段水域水体中四环素类、磺胺类、喹诺酮类、大环内酯类和β-内酰胺类抗生素残留水平和分布特征。方法用大体积水专用柱固相萃取净化-液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)法测定水中抗生素的含量。结果在闽江流域福州段水体中,检出了磺胺类、喹诺酮类、大环内酯类3类13种抗生素,其最高浓度是磺胺类(磺胺氯哒嗪)为60. 9 ng/L,喹诺酮类(恩诺沙星)为15. 1 ng/L,大环内酯类(红霉素)为40. 5 ng/L。平均浓度最高的分别是磺胺甲噁唑31. 6 ng/L,恩诺沙星3. 12 ng/L和红霉素14. 1 ng/L。结论闽江流域福州段水体已受到抗生素的污染。应引起有关部门的重视,应加强对水体的定期监测,并采取相应防范措施,以减少水体抗生素残留污染。Objective To investigate the residues of tetracycline, sulfonamides, quinolones, macrolides and Beta-lactam antibiotics and their distribution profiles in water bodies of the Fuzhou section of the Minjiang River. Methods The concentration of antibiotic residues in water bodies was determined by large-volume solid phase extraction clean-up and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method. Results Residues of 13 kinds of antibiotics belonging to sulfonamides, quinolones and macrolides were detected in the Fuzhou section of the Minjiang River. Sulfonamides (sulfachloropyridazine) had the highest concentration (60.9 ng/L), followed by macrolide (erythromycin, 40.5 ng/L) and quinolones (enrofloxacin, 15.1 ng/L). The average concentration was found to be the highest in sulfamethoxazole (31.63 ng/L), enrofloxacin (3.12 ng/L) and erythromycin (14.1 ng/L). Conclusions Water bodies in the Fuzhou section of the Minjiang River have been polluted by antibiotics. The related departments should pay special attention to enhancing regularly monitoring of water bodies and adopting corresponding preventive measures so as to reduce the contamination of antibiotic residues in water bodies.
