摘 要:为解决组织工程骨支架多孔结构设计建模问题,提出1种基于体素模型的多孔体骨支架建模方法。基于CT断层扫描图像,采用MC算法3维重建骨支架三角网格模型;采用分区划分,逆向追踪求交分层算法,获取骨支架分层截面轮廓线段;基于离散采样法,对分层截面轮廓线段等距扫描线填充、离散,生成骨支架体素化模型;构建孔隙单元结构,以体素化空间为约束边界,通过孔隙单元"映射",构建出多孔骨支架模型。研究结果表明,所提算法可以快速构建出能够构建孔隙结构可控的多孔模型,从而为骨支架建模提供了1种可行性的方法。Bone scaffold is an ideal method to treat bone defect, but how to construct the porous structure of the bone scaffold. Based on the voxelization method, a new bone modeling method is proposed. Firstly, based on CT tomography image, the triangular mesh model of bone scaffold is reconstructed by MC algorithm. Then, through partition, reverse tracking and intersection layer algorithm, the contour line segment of the layered cross section of bone scaffold is obtained from the triangular mesh model. On this basis, an isometric scan line is filled and dispersed to construct voxel model of bone scaffold by discrete sampling method. Finally, the pore unit structure is constructed and the porous bone scaffold model is designed by " mapping" of the pore unit . The results of case study show that the porous distribution can be achieved by the proposed method, which provide a feasible method for the modeling of bone scaffold.
