摘　　要：文章基于1987-2012年中国投入产出表,探索了年度间动态投入产出模型的构建方法,并将2005-2012年6部门表的编制实例作了简要介绍。其中对可比价表的转换以列和总投入作为控制数进行调整平衡;对年度间动态投入产出表上三角形矩阵的流量分解问题提出了"流量分解三步法"。研究表明:"年度间动态投入产出表"可编,也可构建相应的"年度间动态投入产出模型"。Based on Chinese input-output tables from 1987 to 2012, this paper explores the method of building an inter-annual dynamic input-output model and briefly introduces the examples of compiling the table of 6 departments from 2005 to 2012,among which column and total input are used as control numbers to adjust and balance the conversion of comparable price tables.Meanwhile, a three-step flow decomposition method is proposed to solve the flow decomposition problem in upper triangular matrix of the annual dynamic input-output table. The research shows that the "inter-annual dynamic input-output table" can be compiled, and the corresponding "inter-annual dynamic input-output model" can also be constructed.
