经管类课程闭环型“3+1”案例教学体系探究——以“供应链管理”课程为例

摘　　要："供应链管理"课程作为一门理论性和实践性都很强的经管类课程,需要创新案例教学思维和方法,建设教学案例库并实现其动态更新。在探究案例教学模式与课程内容体系匹配关系的基础上,文章构建了包括正逆向结合的"引例+实例+案例+创例"的闭环型"3+1"案例教学式体系,设计了"两横一竖"案例教学方法,提出了矩阵型"3+1"模式的案例教学,以期为经管类课程的案例教学模式改革提供参考。As a highly theoretical and practical course in economics and management categories,the course "Supply Chain Management"needs to innovate the thinking and methods of case teaching,to build a database of teaching cases and to realize a dynamic update.Based on exploring the matching relationship between case teaching mode and the course content system,this paper constructs a closed-loop"3+1"case teaching model system which includes the positive and reverse loop combination of"elicited case,actual case,comprehensive case,and created case."It designs the combination of "two horizontal and one vertical"glyph case teaching method and proposes a case teaching database of matrix"3+1"mode.This paper can provide an important reference for the reform of case teaching mode of the economics and management courses.
